Okay, some updated which is kinda outdate here.
I'm having my final presentation on June for my molecular cuisine classes.
Nahhhhh, i noe it's now September =P
but i juz still wanna post it out *wink
Do u noe what is molecular?
It's actually a discipline practiced by both scientists and food professionals that studies the physical and chemical processes that occur while cooking.
I dont really can explain but it's juz some crazy cooking method which is using lotsa modern technology like dehydration, water pressure, liquid nitrogen and etc.
We're all preparing and praticing for 2 month before the actual day.
from thinking on the menus to improvement on the flavour and finally the touch up for our product.
I can said that we've been doing the same things for 2month,untill we get our best.
the day before we're doing the mise en place.
lotsa our product need the process of dehydration, marinating and so on.
Nvr sleep well for almost 1 week juz to prepare the dinner.
wokay, reach college around 11am on the actual day.
i'm actually craving for something cold.
Made a call to Jo and he promised to buy me some Snowflakes =D
Dumbie Jo don't know what is snowflakes and he tot it's ice-cream!
I asked for the matcha flavour one and he ended up juz buy me ONE FLAVOUR EACH coz he dunno which one i actually want! LMAO! but i'm seriously happy and feeling touched!Thanks Jo ;) you're simply lovely!

Ended up sharing with my mates coz it's impossible to ask me finish all of it! LOL!

okay, here's my prawn product, gues there's a lil blur onthe pic coz we're not allowed to snap pic inside the kitchen =P

It's actually udang merah served with Corn, Tomato Broth, Spring Onions and Pomelo Salad.
something special on this dish is the pomelo, we dehydrate it and deep fried it with the prawn,also the corn which we puree it and dried it out like a crackers!
here comes the fish product, it's snappers.

we served it with Soy Milk Skin , Baby Potatoes, Green Curry Pesto, Cream and Chive Oil.
Can't managed to snap others product coz IT'S BUSY INSIDE THE KITCHEN =P

Guess what, u only need to pay RM75 for this dinner included with a glass of house wine.
U won't regret for trying it coz it's another dining experience for u and it's kinda romatic kkkkk.

C'mon, i should be at MIST at this time.
Rush home hav my shower and makeup.
Urrghhh, i hate rushing on make-up.
I was late to MIST on that night.
look at the crowd when i reached.

Hav been inside the kitchen for 12hours and i'm freaking tired! Dont really hav the energy to talk and i sound so soft inside the club.
